Wonderful breakfast! It was 2-star hotel. It has everything what needed but it remembers the communism period. Good for sleeping, if you don't plan to spend much time in a hotel room.
It remembers the communism period. Furniture needs changing. Toilet could be better. It was from 90s! But the hotel has everything what is needed.

The staff is very nice and the accomodations very correct for the price. The beakfast is also very good. The bus stop is very near the hotel, so it is very easy to go to the city center (15 minutes).I would recommand the hotel for persons who want a good quality price hotel.

Good deal for the price they offer.
When we have arrived they have asked to pay for the first night. It was very different than in other hotels. Moreover, when checking out, they told that we did not pay yet and should pay for all nights. That is ridiculous. Happy that we had receipt...

Hotel was as expected. The entire place could benefit from renovation. It is a budget class hotel & delivers what it says :) My only moan is that the place could have some more useful info on the bus service (which runs until 23:30 from just outside). A bit far from Tallinn centre if it is your 'first time'

Right by the beach, great for evening walks.
Bathroom was quite dirty. It smelt rather badly, possibly due to old pipes?

This hotel provides very excellent value for the money. The location is around 300 metres from a big beach. The room was including nice seagull sound with opened window, you feel the sea atmosphere here. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic, fresh and enough with more options than you normally have at home. The herring salad was for me odd for breakfast, but very tasty. I enjoyed my stay very much and will probably return to Stroomi the next time when vistiting Tallinn or other places around Tallinn.
The location is a bit remote from the city center, but the bus and tram connections are frequent. For me this was not any drawback, but if you prefer to be close to the city center, this is not your choice. Expect roughly 15 to 30 minutes to reach the city center, depending on bus or trams and the traffic. I found the tram option better, even though you first need to walk a little bit, then change tram, but this is a bit faster then the buses which stops just 50 metres from the hotel.

Stroomi Hotel is good value for money if you are not willing to spend too much on accommodation and you are not planning to stay in the hotel for more than just for sleeping. The location of the hotel is quite good, just one bus ride will take you into the heart of the city. The sheets on the bed were clean (which one would maybe not expect at first when you enter the room) and I slept extremely well. Shower was also good (if you exclude the shower curtain).
Well, people who live in Tallinn know that the area where the Stroomi Hotel is located is not the most prestigious. It is mainly habited by Russian speaking population. Drugs, drunk people and violence are quite common. Used needles can be found here and there on the streets. So I would not recommend this hotel for the non-adventurous people nor people with small kids.

The hotel was good, however it was a long way from city center. The room was pretty large and comfortable. The breakfast was okay. Generally everything was not bad, but of course the quality reffers the paid amount of money which is not large :) Free parking is also a big advance
The location is not good, the room was not cleaned every day - only the garbage bin. The receptionists were not very polite.

Almost everything, it was a really nice stay, the stuff was friendly, and it is really easy to get downtown and to the beach.
Our room got only cleaned once in five days, means he had no more toilet paper, were running out of free room for the carbagge, etc. etc.

Great hotel for that price! The room was good, maybe just some furniture was old. The breakfast is good enough for 2-star hotels. The location is great - near the center and the beach is in two-minute long walk from the hotel. The personnel was was nice and friendy and the girls on reception were speaking both English and Russian.
Wi-Fi connection is poor or absent in the rooms.

The floor was very durty. Location is in a bad quartal of Tallin. There were many drunky and really poor people on the street near the Hotel. The room was old. Windows were from 1960 or something like that. This Hotel can be used only for one night and not like a holiday. The price is in compare to other Hotel in Old town ok.
